One beautiful lua I'd like to to share with you, lads, - Houses RPG. Created by BetaM. Two years ago I was playing on the server of BetaM and Misho (my friend) and I can say it's one of the coolest scripts I've seen. It includes a huge variety of unique features like house designing, arena, hunting and races. Moreover, it contains levels system. Link: click here. I remember it! It was so cool. I will test it again and see if it fits to a City Life server or not.

I have played on servers with this script. Really good.
You can build your House, you can have your car, and many other things.
