Hey just thinking why not put garages in all houses i see blank areas which garage can be put in .. also just for no spamming i got another idea
why dont u make a Car customizing shop in which cars can be coloured / bulletproof / speed / body kit i know its kind of crazy .. but everything is possible .. if u want prices make them reasonable ..

There is no "spam" in it.
you could've made 2 topics but this is fine too.
The first suggestion is great, altho pretty hard to make cuz someone is gonna have to edit the map and add a parking lot/garage space near every single house
which is gonna take plenty of time.
The second suggestion I'm okay with small customizations like color and maybe a SMALL ammount of upgrade in the speed (VERY SMALL, because this can be abused) but I'd think anything else would be useless.
altho I think there should be an option in this "car shop" (IF its gonna happen) to lock the car as your own (which should be for a HIGH prices like 100k+) so that it can't be stolen on the road or anywere.

i like the lock car idea but its so expensive .. 50k would be enough .. and should last more than 1hand30mins.
