1- Don't freekill.
2- Don't cheat/hack.
3- Don't spam.
4- Don't ask any CT/Admin to be a CT/Admin.
5- Never enter the CT base or you will be automatically banned.
6- Don't use any bug to do anything that is forbidden.
7- Don't ask the CT/Admin for money. That is why you got the shops.
8- Don't insult.

You have answered question 11 incorrectly
The application form has been updated, you need to add a timezone (for example GMT +2)
You didn't write much.
Your not experienced on citylife/rp servers
You don't really jail hackers..
